The Tvse server provides the AdvanceIP system with VoIP capability but it also acts as an application server providing ALL users on the system a Web Portal that allows them to manage their own extension features such as Address Book, Speed Dials, Call forward status and lost call list it also provides a dialer that is compatible with TAPI enabled programs.

Address Book
The address book is available to all users and gives an unlimited database in which to store all your contacts , you can store email addresses as well as telephone numbers.

Lost Calls List
The Lost calls list shows a list of ninety calls made up of the last thirty calls made, received and lost. You can view the list and to dial simply click on the number and the call is made. You can also edit the list to remove any numbers.

Call Forward Status
The call forward screen allows users to set up call forward status - calls can be sent to any extension, the operator, voicemail or an external number of your choice. If you leave the office and forget to set up your call forward then simply go to a web browser anywhere and access this screen to forward your calls to wherever you maybe - to coin a phrase 'anywhere anytime !'

Connegy Dialer
The dialer allows users to dial from their screen using any telephone on the system. The application also allows users to dial from Microsoft Outlook or any other TAPI compliant application such as ACT! or Goldmine.

TAPI Integration
The TVSe server also provides all users with the option to integrate with any TAPI application and includes incoming screen popping and outgoing dialling. There is also a middleware available that enables Microsoft Outlook for incoming screen popping.
