The reports are accessed by the system administrator using a web
browser such as Internet Explorer.



Using the reports you can check
that voicemail is being utilized correctly and messages are being
responded to quickly, you can also check if you have enough ports on
your voicemail system or if you need to increase them. You can even
drill down to see who left a individual message and when - if it is
an outside party you will get caller ID. The message is tracked
'cradle to grave' so you can see when it was left, when it was
listened to and when it was deleted - so you know how any particular
individual is dealing with messages.
Reports can be run over a selected date period and they can then be
printed or you can email a report to an individual or group of
individuals and the report is received as a Zip file containing an
Excel report.
This feature is an integral part of all the range of emaGEN products
regardless of size.
