Double Digit Growth Buoys Iridiacom

Harpenden, UK 31st October 2004

When Iridiacom was founded in 2003 as the UK distributor for the Telrad Connnegy range of telephone systems, the directors manifesto decreed that they would provide their dealers with more than just a route to product and a credit facility. Sixteen months down the line they have exceeded both Telrads and their dealers expectations and are experiencing double digit growth month on month.

Their top six dealers plus two wildcards recently enjoyed an all expenses incentive trip to the Hyatt Regency resort in La Manga following a six month campaign earlier in the year. A second campaign was run from July to September offering the top three a weekend in New York for themselves and their partners, and a fourth quarter campaign is currently running whereby all system purchases qualify for bonus bonds. 

It’s not all sun and sangria as competition amongst their twenty loyal dealers is fierce. “We always try to include some wildcard prizes” commented Alan Doyle, MD of Iridiacom, “that way we can reward new dealers who have put in an exceptional effort to promote the systems during the campaign.” 

At their recent dealer day held at Silverstone, the dealers were presented with the latest version two enhancements which completes the systems migration over to a license based format thus alleviating the common obstacle of non linear pricing for system expansion.  

Israel Ronn, CEO of Telrad Connegy, who flew in for the event from their headquarters in Israel, said “Iridiacom have proved themselves as a key player within our expansion plans for the EMEA market. Although the majority of our system sales are in the US, with our Russian and South African markets growing fast, we clearly recognise Iridiacoms successes in one of the most competitive markets.”
