Telephony Network and National Call Centre for Office Depot
2nd July 2009
WiseCom (Wise Communication Solutions) recently completed a
large-scale project at Office Depot, Israel. The venture includes an
IP telephony centre, as well as an advanced nation-wide call centre,
employing more than 50 sales representatives. The cost of the
project is about NIS $100,000 USD including a three-year service
contract.
At the hub of the network is a communication centre based on a
central switch called Advance IP, a member of the Telrad Connegy
Product family, and a call centre system designed by Aspire. The
communication centre is IP-based, and designed to serve as a
platform to connect 40 Office Depot branches in Israel, in addition
to other targeted branches, worldwide. The call centre is designed
to handle thousands of incoming client calls on a daily basis.
The new, advanced communication network is designed to improve the
accessibility of Office Depot's call centre to the public, as well
as to enhance the organizational communication operation to better
serve the needs of clients throughout the country.
Office Depot is the largest office supply chain in Israel. WiseCom
